Before you begin
Is the Free Case Assessment really free?
Yes. You can submit your case information and review your Free Case Assessment without being required to purchase a paid GigAssist365 service.
Do I need to create an account?
Your GigAssist365 account allows your case information, assessment, documents, updates, and case history to stay connected in one place.
What happens after I submit my case?
Your information is organized into a structured case assessment. The assessment can include a summary of what happened, the likely issue, recommended next steps, and options you may be able to try yourself.
Can I use GigAssist365 in Spanish?
GigAssist365 supports both English and Spanish. The goal is to allow customers to understand their case and receive assistance in the language they are most comfortable using.
What GigAssist365 does
Is GigAssist365 affiliated with Uber, DoorDash, Spark, Lyft, Instacart, Amazon Flex, or other gig platforms?
No. GigAssist365 is an independent assistance service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the gig platforms customers may use.
Do you guarantee that my account will be reactivated?
No. GigAssist365 cannot control decisions made by an independent gig platform and does not guarantee reactivation, reinstatement, approval, or any particular outcome.
What types of account issues can GigAssist365 help with?
GigAssist365 is designed to help customers better understand issues such as deactivations, suspensions, account-access problems, warnings, notices, verification issues, and other gig-account concerns based on the information available in the case.
What if I already submitted an appeal and it was denied?
Cases involving a prior appeal or denial may still be reviewed to determine whether additional assistance appears reasonable based on the facts available. When appropriate, Full-Service Case Assistance may be the only paid service option offered for that case.
Can I use the assessment and handle the case myself?
Yes. Paid assistance is optional. If the DIY steps and recommendations in your assessment are enough for you to continue on your own, you are not required to purchase a GigAssist365 service.
Service options and upgrades
What paid assistance options are available?
GigAssist365 currently offers three assistance levels: Appeal Letter Assistance, Appeal + Guidance, and Full-Service Case Assistance. Available options may depend on the facts and status of your case.
Can I upgrade my service later?
Yes, when a higher service level is available for the same case. For example, a customer with Appeal Letter Assistance may be able to upgrade to Appeal + Guidance or Full-Service Case Assistance.
Can I downgrade or purchase the same service again on the same case?
No. Once a service level is active on a case, that same service cannot be purchased again for that case, and lower service levels are not available as downgrades.
Do I have to pay the full price again when I upgrade?
No. Eligible upgrades are designed so you pay only the remaining difference between your current service level and the higher service level.
How does the 50% additional-case benefit work?
Eligible returning customers may receive 50% pricing on additional cases for the same service level or lower service levels based on the highest qualifying service previously purchased.
For example, a customer whose qualifying prior case used Appeal + Guidance may receive the additional-case benefit on Appeal Letter Assistance or Appeal + Guidance, but not automatically on Full-Service Case Assistance.
Are refunds available?
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable GigAssist365 terms and the status of the service purchased. Customers should review the Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing paid assistance.
Managing your case
Where can I see my case status?
Your customer dashboard shows the current case, platform, status, action needed, recent activity, assessment, documents, and case history associated with your account.
Can I upload screenshots and documents?
Yes. Supporting screenshots, notices, emails, and other available documents can be uploaded and associated with the case you are currently viewing.
Can I have more than one GigAssist365 case?
Yes. Your account can contain multiple cases, allowing you to keep current and previous gig-account issues organized separately.
How will I know if GigAssist365 needs something from me?
When additional information, clarification, or documents are needed, the case can display an action-needed update in your dashboard and related communications may also be sent to you.
What happens when my case is completed?
Completed cases remain part of your case history so you can review prior case information and maintain separation between previous and future GigAssist365 cases.
