Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains GigAssist365’s no-refund policy and the limited circumstances in which a refund may be considered.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where GigAssist365 fails to deliver the purchased service within the specific delivery timeframe promised to the customer for reasons solely within GigAssist365’s control.
2. What Counts as a GigAssist365 Delivery Failure
A refund may be considered if GigAssist365 fails to provide the purchased administrative service within the expressly promised delivery timeframe and the failure is caused solely by GigAssist365.
If GigAssist365 determines that it cannot provide the purchased service, the customer may also be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that undelivered service.
3. Customer-Caused Delays
The delivery timeframe pauses whenever GigAssist365 is waiting for information, documents, clarification, authorization, or other action reasonably required from the customer. The timeframe resumes when the requested material or action is received.
A delay caused by the customer’s failure to provide requested information or documents does not make the purchase eligible for a refund.
4. Third-Party and Gig-Platform Delays
Time spent waiting for a gig platform, payment provider, or other third party to respond, process information, make a decision, or take action is outside GigAssist365’s control and does not constitute a failure by GigAssist365 to deliver its service.
5. Case Outcomes Are Not Refundable Events
Refunds are not issued because a gig platform denies an appeal, does not reactivate or reinstate an account, takes longer than expected to respond, requests additional information, changes its policies, closes an account, or otherwise produces an unfavorable outcome.
6. Delivery of the Service
GigAssist365’s obligation is to perform and deliver the administrative work included in the purchased service. Once the promised work or deliverable has been provided, GigAssist365 has fulfilled that service obligation regardless of the gig platform’s eventual decision.
7. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or charged for a transaction you did not authorize, contact us promptly so we can review the transaction.
8. How to Request Review of a Refund Exception
To request review of a possible refund exception, email support@gigassist365.com and include your full name, case number if available, purchase email, service purchased, purchase date, and an explanation of why you believe GigAssist365 failed to deliver the purchased service within the promised timeframe.
9. Approved Refunds
If a refund exception is approved, the refund will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or financial institution.
10. Applicable Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
